Responsibilities:
- General office administration and clerical support
- Handle company recruitment
- Liaise with vendors & suppliers and manage office procurement & supply
- Assist and provide back up support to ensure smooth running of daily operations
- Provide ad-hoc project/work when necessary, occasionaly office errand when required
- F5 or above
- At least 5+ years or above relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Multitasking, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, reliable and a team player
