Office Administrator

Our client is a popular snack retailer. They are urgently looking for a high caliber for the following position:
Responsibilities: 
  • General office administration and clerical support
  • Handle company recruitment
  • Liaise with vendors & suppliers and manage office procurement & supply
  • Assist and provide back up support to ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Provide ad-hoc project/work when necessary, occasionaly office errand when required
Requirements: 
  • F5 or above
  • At least 5+ years or above relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Multitasking, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, reliable and a team player
