Junior HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full cycle of payroll administration for clients from calculations to arranging payments
  • HRIS data maintenance and generation of reports
  • Process and execute Hong Kong work visa application
  • Oversee HR administrative duties for both in-house & clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and must be familiar with the statutory employment requirements in Hong Kong (i.e. Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, MPF regulations, salaries tax, etc.)
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge in payroll procedures and understand HRIS logics
  • Experience in payroll calculations with concept of average daily wages for temporary, contract and retail workers
  • End-to-end HR payroll execution processes with client servicing experience is a definite advantage
  • Numeric sensitive, detail-minded, organized and highly responsible with flexibility in dealing different clients’ demands
  • An individual with high integrity who exercises high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
