Responsibilities:

The individual will support the below -
  • General marketing administration and liaison with clients
  • Administrate and proactive update company's social media platforms
  • Small scale events organisation (i.e. liaison with vendors, guests, venues, etc.) and on-site run-down
  • Content management and copywriting of materials of printed communication
  • Design, set-up & maintenance of company websites
  • Sales campaigns and manage online marketing channels (emails, events, etc.)
  • Other related ad hoc projects
 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 2 years or more relevant experience in marketing administrative support
  • Knowledgeable in
    1. MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) a must; PLUS
    2. Photoshop & Adobe illustrator;
    3. Web page design & content management;
    4. Social media and online marketing platform(s); and/or
    5. Google Analytics & Google Adwords (an advantage but not a must)
  • Event / Project management skills is a definite advantage
  • Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Outgoing personality with strong sense of integrity & responsibility, courteous, skilful, detail-minded and forward thinking
  • Willing to occasional travel
  • Immediate available is preferable but not essential
