Account & Office Manager

 Our client is an Australian listed company that aims to improve the health and fitness of its users through gamification, celebrity coaching and AI from its suit of technology products.


Job tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Weekly bookkeeping for multiple companies (including payroll)
  • Accounts receivable
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Attend to tax reporting for the Hong Kong entity
  • Assist the preparation of monthly management accounts (including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
  • Process year-end adjustments
  • Report to and assist the CFO as and when required with ad-hoc accounting tasks
  • Report to and assist the CEO as and when required with ad-hoc office duties 

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years accounting and office experience managing the day to day accounting for companies across jurisdictions and currencies
  • A high level of competency in Xero is required
  • Experience in HK reporting requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
  • International education preferable or experience with working in AU, UK or US
  • Energetic and willing to learn
