Our Founder

Shelly Tsao

RedMountain Asia was founded in 2015 by Shelly Tsao.

Prior to establishing her own company, Shelly has worked for a multinational financial institution in human resources and operations for 20 years. She was a member of the senior management team for more than 5 years, providing insight and strategies on people management and overseeing the setting up of offices in Shanghai, Beijing & Guangzhou.

In addition to her core profession, she was in charge of operations including internal cost & credit controls, negotiation on debt collection, and facility management.
